Delivery Policy

Next working day delivery anywhere in Great Britain and Northern Ireland provided orders are received by us before 4.30pm. This means that orders placed on Fridays before 4.30pm will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed between 4.30pm Friday and 4.30pm Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

 

For deliveries to the Islands (Channel Islands, The Scillies, The Isle of Man, The Hebrides, The Shetland and Orkney Islands) customers should allow up to an additional 72hrs.

 

Please note that a few special furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date.

 

 We are happy to deliver worldwide by arrangement.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please notify us within 5 days of delivery should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied.

  • Delivery note number.

  • Internet order number.

  •  Product code, description and quantity of the item(s) to be returned.     
  • Reason for return.

 

Please note that unless goods are faulty or not as ordered a collection charge of £5.00 + Vat will be deducted from any refund made and that any furniture items returned will also incur a restocking fee of 35% of the item value plus a collection fee of £18.50.

 

BACKORDERS

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

 

Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

 

If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
 

SHORTAGES

If an item that you have ordered does not arrive please email us immediately.
